OH MY GOD!!! I just loved this P&P alternative!!! Jan Hahn did a wonderful job writing this. I was totally entranced reading this story. She put romance and anst into the story that was believable and enjoyable to read. The story starts out on the wedding day, which seemed very unlikely but you soon learn how and why this takes place. I LOVED this story! Written in the first person from Elizabeth's point of view. Mr. Bennet passes away just days after Elizabeth refused Darcy's proposal at Hunsford. She is so consumed with grief she forgets about Darcy's letter and there for her opinion of him doesn't change much. Six months later Darcy shows up at Longbourn and offers to marry Elizabeth again. A new favourite! It was fantasic! i couldn't wait to read this book and once i started i could not stop!! i love how the author has included original quotes but in different circumstances sometimes and from or to different characters obviously...i greatly enjoyed knowing Mr. Darcy a lot more as Jane Austen does not really reveal a lot about her hero. I found myself falling in love with Mr. Darcy all over again and more as we learn (to my great pleasure!) that he has quite the sense of humour and
