After rereading ALL nine of the Shadowhunter books, I can wholeheartedly say I cannot wait until March so I can get unabashedly obsessed with a whole new generation of Shadowhunters!

I'm so sad to see this series end. Even tbough I sometimes really hate it when authors drag a series out, The Mortal Instruments is something I think cannot be ruined no matter how long~
Okay, so to write a review without giving out spoilers, I'm just gonna reinforce some things that most people would have already guessed if you all have read the previous books and The Infernal Devices.
1. Jem is Brother Zachariah

I stayed up until 2am reading this. Need I say more?

Ok. I will. ;-) I dove right in and devoured this book. It may be a shelf hog (about 4 inches thick!) but it's a fast read. I loved it. The conclusion was perfect, and I enjoyed the whole series. I adore the Shadowhunter world, and I'm looking forward to Dark Artifices. ...more

Great ending but, this would be so much better if Cassie minimized the POV of the TDA characters. but it was quite a relief that this concludes the ending of their story very well.
