I waited so long for this book. and now that I have finished it, I feel empty.
But on the bright side, we have two more series coming....
I don't think it was possible for any mortal instruments fan to hate this book. I mean you'd have to be crazy. I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT! (except when there was an important thing going on and stupid maia's shit came in between)

Satisfying "ending"to this part of the series. I'm looking forward to the next adventure in this particular world. I was very happy that the characters kept their sense of self and empowerment all through the novel -I hate when (especially female) characters have to give up their power or die so others may have a happy ending. Very well-developed "minor" characters as well. Great read!

"I'm happy to report that City of Heavenly Fire is the best of the last three. I'm very satisfied with the ending. I loved it. Everybody got their own happy ending which is fitting after all they've been through. I also appreciated that the past, present, and future characters mingled together in this finale.
I still like Jace and Clary but I'm more in love with Simon and Isabelle. And Magnus Bane as well.

This was my second time reading this. It took me forever to get through it this time, but I still LOVED it. It made me cry both times.
Loved it. wish the 1st movie was better, really would love to see the rest as movies.
I NEED THIS NOW.
