I'm so exhausted but I'm gonna try to review anyhow. Beware there might be a little spoiler here and there but I'll try to keep them scarce.

This book was pretty big. Like 700 freaking pages and yet it went by so darn quickly. Clare has that style of writing. Everything is just fluid, at least to me.

I am going to miss Clary and Jace and Alec and Isabelle and Simon SIMON siMON SIMOn - Ahem, sorry about that. I hope to see more of some characters that were introduced in this last book (hint: Malco ...more

Okay I'm so excited for the cover! It says and I quote "cover to be released when you least expect it" this is my response *punches self in arm* *throws iPhone agianst wall (jk I wuv you iPhone)* and then has a flash of ESP. My thoughts, "if this comes out the day the book comes I'll be pissed" and then the next thought "it will come out when CP is released" (but then it won't be much of a surprise)

When I finished reading the previous book in 2013, I could not wait for this to be released a few months later. I wanted to know how everything would turn out, how everyone would end up. When I finally got a hard copy of the book, I could not read fast. I didn't feel bored, I was just busy. This has influence my 3 stars rating a lot. I could not properly get in the book like I did with the other volumes of the saga, especially the first three. In my opinion the story had to stop there.
