I loved this 5th TMI book. The title is rightfully named. This book mainly switches between two stories: Clary and Jace and someone else...., and Simon, Alec, Magnus, and Isabelle. This book has more romance than the other books; Clace really develops in this book. There is action, a lot of traveling, some demon and angel summonings, and much more. This book gradually hints and finally tells that a huge war will ensue in City of Heavenly Fire that all fans are desperate to read since Cassie Clar ...more

This book is full of “make-out session” – Clary and Jace, Maia and Jordan, Alec and Magnus, & Simon and Isabelle.
Anyway, I’m still giving this book a 5-star rating because of Simon’s sense of humor. Oh my good…he’s so freaking HILARIOUS and I’m sincerely hoping that he and Isabelle will end up together because they deserve it, okay? =)))
