Second Read Impressions:

First of all, it was really fun to read my review from two years ago. Hah, how time, practice, and experience changes you. Second of all, I cannot believe I never mentioned ALL the crying I did reading this book. There are no words for how beautiful this story was until the epilogue. After reading the epilogue, WTF???? For my own sanity the epilogue does not exist in my mind.

I feel like the epilogue makes Tessa wishy-washy because she talks about leaving her family behind after Will's death so she does not have to watch another person she loves die and then she goes with Jem. Have you ever felt that the world just suddenly stop and all you could hear is the beating of your heart?
I FELT it many times while reading this book.

I never thought my heart could survive after finishing this book and that I could die of shock at a very young age.

I was excited and nervous to read this book. I could never predict how Cassandra Clare would and end it. I am definitely TEAM WILL and will forever be one.

I swear that anyone if anyone saw me while I was reading this book will thought that I had lost my mind. At first I was crying then at one point I was laughing and then I was shouting. I even had to stop to collect my breath.

Cassandra's sentences were so good and Will funny remarks made me laugh out loud.

If I will rate it it will be more that 5, maybe a hundred or even a thousand! Cassandra Clare did a wonderful job in this novel and made me even curious what will happen to the City of Heavenly Fire. Cassandra Clare never fails to surprise us.

Please stop right here and spare yourselves. I know curiosity could kill but reading this without reading the entire book will make you regret it your whole life. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

So, here goes the sequence of events. It was so well written. The story was fan-freaking-tastic . I am in cloud 9 I thought I've gone to heaven and I am loving it. Then suddenly the ending RUINED it. From heaven straight to hell. I mean I've experienced the seven depths of hell. Hmft.

I love Jem.

But I am in love with Will. It will always be him.

AND HE DESERVED BETTER THAN THAT. Seriously.

Oh my gosh. I don't even know what to do with myself right now.
This was amazing beyond words, but my heart has died a little. And I've never seen a love triangle resolved like this!
Oh, and I loved the whole Benedict Lightwood/worm thing. I've loved Will's fetish for demon pox since it was first mentioned, and in this one he gets to witness it. Now everyone believes him! ...more
