A great end to the original trilogy.
This book really redeemed itself, coming after the events of City of Ashes. There was a lot more intensity, mystery and action(not to mention the obvious sad/feels moments in here). The book read extremely fast for almost 550 pages, which is what I am looking for in a book(series).
The characters were much better in this book. Jace was more tolerable for me, even though there was a scene in here where he makes the term "asshole" seem like a compliment, but I st ...more

Can I just say that I loved this book? This was a reread for me and my first time reviewing, and despite remembering some of the major events from my first read, I still found the story to be crazy intense and devoured bits of it at pretty much every chance I got. In fact, I liked it even more this time around.
The storyline is so well thought out; sophisticated enough so as to seem plausible but not too difficult to follow. The characters were just as much addicting as they were infuriating, and ...more
