What a wonderful, thrilling read. I've been putting off reading this book for a long time - partly due to a demanding university course and partly because it is a pretty large read that requires commitment. But when it showed up on my MA reading list I was excited to begin reading it. I was not disappointed! What a wonderful, compelling piece of sensation literature. Haunting, thrilling and at times terrifying! Don't overlook this book. ...more
