What Members Thought

It took me a while to read this, as much of the novel is devoted to developing character and setting backstory. But once 'exciting' things started to happen, things rolled along pretty quickly. Our heroine is wonderful, especially with her outbursts against some of the silly things her step-mamma says. Worth reading, if only to shed a light on a very different time.
