“It was the best of times it was the worst of times...”

The book is set in a really interesting part of European history and in two cities I really like - London and Paris. Especially I found the descriptions of Paris quite entertaining, as I have it fresh in memory from last visit.

Dickens writes really well, however sometimes also a bit boring. But if you accept that the story is not developing so fast and just sit back and let Dickens tell his story, you might learn a bit about the history and
