A charming tale of a seventeen year old girl obsessed with Gothic novels, thrust into an adventure of her own. Not quite Austen's strongest novel, but I appreciate the strong sense of humour on display here. I end up rereading it more often than her other works, whenever I just want a comforting read. ...more
