After Emma, Mansfield Park is the second Jane Austen book I have read. My second foray into this classic author's work was more successful than the last, and I'm looking forward to read more from her.

I'm always afraid to start a new Jane Austen book in case I won't love it as much as her other ones, but I really liked this one. Especially the characters like Aunt Norris. It makes me laugh out loud at the absurd things she says. I know people like her though, and that is what is so funny. The subtle plot twist at the end was very satisfying.
