Originally read part of in February 2007 for a class. Now I am re-reading it since I want to teach history. Give me a month or two for this big hunk of former tree.
Re-read November or December 2008 to Feb 2009. (I guess 2 years after I first read some of it). It took me a while to read it this time. Most of January I took a break and read other stuff.
