Clary looks nice. I mean, this is the only book-movie in which I am depending more on the plot and less on the characters. Lets see.

Writing this is tricky, cos I've already started city of ashes, and my enthusiasm is waning by the page, but I have to try and remember what it was like the first time I read this.

You know how people say when you read a really good book, it's like you're in another world? Like youre in there with the characters? It's like a movie in your head? Well I say that's all crap. That's just something people say to make someone else believe it was a great book, but that's not the type of book that is REALLY good.

this book was fairly good. a friend recommended it to me and after enough pestering i gave in. I was expecting more, considering how highly she spoke of the book. i was a bit disappointed, and maybe thats why i down graded it. My hopes for this books were too high.
I did like that the book incorporated several different mythological creatures (Vampire, werewolves, witches etc). but it was short lived since i didn't like them much.

really love jace character,simon, n clary of course. can't stop reading until the end...new heroes with different power, every character have strong influenced.nice story,unpredictable, but little bit dissapointed with the ending in the first book... made me so curious to get another sequel of this book
