This was such a beautiful book, and love the way the whole story was worded. This book is about two selective magicians, with special kinds of power competing in a game, and the circus is the venue. Both of these magicians fell in love, but could not think of a way to get out of this cage they were in because they were bounded til one of them falls.

Enjoyed the book so much more this time around. I actually gave this book a 3.5 given the fact that I still didn't find it to be a very great love story and there was no aggression in their competition.

Some passages were magical. Not my favorite read of the year, but it was not horrible.
