If I could give this book a million stars I would.

I LOVED this novel. The prose was beautiful, the story was enthralling, the main character evokes empathy, and the setting was riveting.
I’m always drawn to stories that carry themes of isolation and rejection, as Frankenstein has always been one of my favorites. But this story also develops and comments on toxic masculinity and the author beautifully uses nature as symbolism for human relationships.
