This is a very late review. I finished this book about a week ago which probably means I’ve already forgotten three quarters of what happened in it, so this will probably be the vaguest review ever. Why does my brain hate to remember pleasant, leisurely things?

I enjoyed this book, and it was very short, but I couldn’t work out if I was meant to focus on Bernard or the Savage more. Both were unique characters in the context of the story, but I feel like the Savage really stole the limelight at th ...more
