At first I was frustrated because it was really confusing and ridiculous with this Mason's ghosts and these things about a secret group circulating the Moroi students. It felt like it didn't make sense and in the end it's like it's connected to the plot with this shadow-kiss explanation and like magic contradicting the wards and stuff.I kinda don't understand the explanation and really confused me.

At last! After a week, I'm finished reading this book.
****spoilers alert!****
This book is nothing but awesome! Well, the first half of the book was kinda slow paced, I must say. It was a bit boring, but then the story picked up soon. I loved it when Dimitri FINALLY admitted his feeling for Rose. I love it. It was so nice and romantic.
I liked it when Rose can finally fight along with the professional guardian to fight Strigois. I liked it that she also have 'extra' super powers...you know, that s ...more

I love this one too! I am still playing back every Dimitri Belikov part in my head. I was very drawn to this character. The way he was a sensitive "bad ass" and knew how to make the perfect cup of Hot Cocoa was awesome. I got butterflies when he called her Rosa.

Loved it! Amazing and gripping storyline. I couldn't put it down unless I was forced to. Can't wait until the next installment.
