I seriously judged these books by there rather terrible covers. Something about the cover of this one screams Angelina Jolie at me...I passed it up A LOT on the shelf. I should know better then to judge a book by it's cover, and though I took my time getting into this book I am really glad I started the series. This book definitely lived up to it's expectations! At school a couple of my friends were completely obsessed with Vampire Academy. They were also hard core Twilight lovers so I was hoping it wasn't another Twilight do - over. I decided I would buy the book and give it a go. Right of the bat I'll tell you I didn't finish reading this book. I stoped because I relized it's a BAD book. Not as in "I don't like the characters," but it has so much referance to bad things. Like drugs and sex. Not to mention TONS of cusing. This is all I got from reading less then half the book.
