I definitely enjoyed this book more than the first one. I think Leslie's character was better developed than Aislinn's had been. She's alot easier to relate to and she seems a lot more real.

I didn't really find the book all that DARK though. Yes, the idea itself was dark, but Irial wasn't the cold, heartless king I imagined when I thought of the Dark Court. It wasn`t all that great. The only thing that kept me motivated to finish reading it was the relationship between Leslie and Niall. Iri was really annoying to me and this book just made me hate Keenan more than I already do. Aislinn was just there really and didn`t really take part in the book in my opinion. Seth was aminor role in this book but was OK I guess. I still love him. The rest of the book was kinda blehy and boring. I feel so mean... Meh.
