I loved wicked lovely, it makes my top fantasies list, but Im afraid to say that I was not impressed with ink exchange, I thought Leslie was a bit over the top, Niall was too over done as well. Irial just confused me as he went from cruel king to pathetic king. The only parts I enjoyed were the ones with the old characters. I was kind of peeved that Keenan who was one of my favorite characters in WL turns out to be a bit of a tool.

i didn't like it as much as i liked the first book..I was actually expecting that Aislinn would still be the MC here..it was good enough, but not really great, it kinda disappoint me because i was expecting better than this..I didn't like Leslie's character as much as i liked Aislinn and the two love interest of hers. I bought this book with Wicked Lovely, i didn't read the back synopsis because i was especting this would be the continuation of Aislinn's life..but i will definitely read Fr ...more

That book was as hauntingly dark and beautiful as I remembered! On to book 3!
So I confess that I read Wicked Lovely in the morning, and devoured Ink Exchange the same evening. I was so engrossed in the world Melissa Marr penned, that I couldn't pull myself away. I wouldn't have thought it possible, but Ink Exchange is even better than Wicked Lovely. The themes in this story are so touching, and the final chapter left me more than satisfied. This book was just ok to me. It wasn't as good as the first one, though it did have some of the same characters from the first story in it.
