I didn't think that TFIOS could be topped...and than John Green wrote this. I'm overflowing with emotion after this read because every sentence was perfectly crafted and I identified with every character in deeply personal ways. It was funny and touching and moving and tear-jerking and inspiring. Easily one of my favorite books of all time.

A truly beautiful story about living with mental illness, grief and first love. It was not predictable, and it was beautifully written like all of his books. I thought I wasn't going to cry, but the last two pages hung on my heart.

Though I haven't read all of Green's works yet, this is my favorite, even over TFIOS. I fell in love with each of the characters and was thrilled about the perfectly imperfect happyish ending.

Finalmente consegui terminar esse. Precisei passar um tempo sem lê-lo para poder entender e pensar um pouco melhor no que estava me incomodando no livro.
É inegável como a escrita do John tá muito melhor e muito bem desenvolvida nesse livro. O ponto alto dele na verdade é esse, e foi o que me manteve interessado e imerso até o fim. A forma como ele descreve detalhadamente os pensamentos e sensações da Aza são sufocantes, como devem ser. Me senti muito representado em alguns momentos, e por isso u ...more
