Till Death is a standalone adult contemporary novel. I would describe the genre as romantic suspense. This is a different type of book for this author. However, even though the book is predominantly suspense/mystery there is still a ton of JLA romance. So I think that readers who love her contemporary romance books will enjoy Till Death.

Not your typical Jennifer Armentrout book, this is an adult romantic suspense, not her usual YA PNR. But I am a fan of romantic suspense and I thought she did a decent job, honestly, I liked it more than what I've read so far in her Covenant series. Though this Sasha-Cole romance is making me move Obsidian up on my tbr list.

Likes:
* Sasha is such a cool name
* Sasha coming back to her hometown after 10 years
* Miranda refusing to let Sasha reject her friendship
* Slow reveal of events in the past

A wonderful thriller. It reminded me of the Karin Slaughter books.

There is a killer and the killer has been dubbed "The Groom" who dresses their victims in wedding dresses and does some gruesome things that I don't want to get into so that I give nothing away.

This would have been a 5 star read and the only thing keeping it from that for me was that I was able to figure out who the killer was.

Did I guess the ultimate "twist" within the first 50 or so pages? Yes.
Did I find some interesting turns throughout the way? Also, yes.
Ultimately - did it keeper me intrigued enough that I finished it in a night? Absolutely.
With the amount of Criminal Minds I watch, this is all I could hope for, really.
