I had this book on my to read pile because it featured a geeky girl who was very smart and knowledgeable. I love heroines like that. I was thrilled when I was able to get my hands on an advanced copy of this book.

I really enjoyed it! There is great chemistry between the lead characters and the dialogue is snappy. New Zealand is a favorite setting of mine too!

I excited to keep reading this writer. The book hints that there will be more in the series. Yea!

The book is very good and deals with ADHD

A happenstance encounter in an online gaming chat room begins the wild relationship between Christie St. John and Joseph Ashton in Talking Dirty with the CEO by Jackie Ashden. Expecting to go out and have a good time, neither expects to start the torrid affair that follows.

(from Goodreads):

Gadget journalist Christie St. John is more geek than chic. But when research for an article she has to write on online dating leads to the bed of the hottest guy she’s ever met, she knows that if the geek is to keep the hottie CEO, she’s going to have to come out of her digital shell. Tech mogul Joseph Ashton never expected an Internet blind date to end in the best sex of his life. Yet as the chemistry between him and Christie burns out of control, he can't help but think this

Today I finished Talking Dirty with the CEO by Jackie Ashenden. I have to say that I enjoyed this book and it kept me entertained as I read.

Christie St. John isn't your typical female. She's really into the tech world, online gaming, and gothic metal. Ok, I can handle the geeky side, but gothic metal not so much (but music is a personal choice). However, that makes her unique, and what makes her unique also makes her an outsider in her own family. Poor girl.

This was almost a 3 star but a few things bothered me-mainly that she didn't stand up to her family till Joseph came along. Full review to come ...more
