My favorite Flavia yet!
I adore this series and was really pleased with the 4th book. I enjoyed getting inside of Flavia's world so much so that I wouldn't be bothered if there wasn't even a mystery at all!
I really love Flavia's relationship with Dogger. I feel like he is her one true friend who is ALWAYS looking out for her. It really makes up for the minimal relationships with her father and sisters.

Thank you to Delacorte Press for providing me a copy of this novel to review.

I love Flavia and love how her name fits her personality so well! I really enjoyed reading the series so far and was looking forward to this book. Eventhough I enjoyed the book and am glad that I read it, I found that it was somewhat flat and slow until page 246. It was definetly worth the read and I am hoping that book #5 gives a little more conflict or excitement earlier in the book to help to keep us hooked.
