One of the best books I have ever read... started and finished during my winter break vacation. It is vastly educational and enlightening, yet I was intrigued with the storyline of the three individuals followed as they make the decision to migrate out of the Jim Crow south. Anyone interested in history needs to read this incredibly comprehensive and luminous book.
