If you are a skeptic about the whole past lives concept, this is the book to read, because the author was a skeptic as well. So he was reluctant to believe this and especially to write about it, for the sake of his medical reputation. So the book is just documentation of his hynopsis sessions with the patient, never overdone or overstated, and you can come to your own conclusions. I've read this book a half dozen times, because it's fascinating, and I still don't know what to make of it.
