A delightful read. Very slow-moving and atmospheric with an interesting menagerie of characters. It suggests a deep, mystical world that you see only a sliver of.
Sadly my psyche is addicted to Tiktok et al so the meandering pace and slow-moving plot irritated me at times. But for this I blame myself and not the book.
