It is not that I did not like this book. It wasn't what I expected it to be.

This book is narrated by a madman, opium addict who has no sense of time and space. He is depressed and just wants to fall into oblivion. His narration is very eccentric. What a fantastic, bizarre, oddly beautiful but disturbing book. I’m not really sure what it’s about but it was a fascinating experience.
