"It's not you, it's me" is how I feel about this book.
Perharps was it a mistake to read it in English (beautiful
prose that sometimes felt like trying too hard ? Sometimes,
I really wished the author went straight to the point), the writing style was not easy.
Combined with the disjointed narrative and my inability to remember
who was who (the different names, how they were related etc), I felt
lost most of the time. It also didn't help that I didn't feel any connection
towards the characters be it g ...more
