The audiobook is so good! Although it's slightly different from the ebook version so it was kind of fun to read and listen at the same time to catch the differences (but after a while it was a bit too much so I mainly listened via audiobook towards the end)

The story made me think, but didn't make me relate to much of the characters (other than Cabbage). ...more

I wanted to like this book.

The title has at first gotten me intrigued, alongside the thought of perhaps a similarity to what happened in Murakami's Kafka on the Shore, having Nakata's ability to talk to cats. Not that I expected it would offer me the same. There were fragments of similarity for sure in one of the sub-chapters.
