What Members Thought
My second reading of this book, and I found it just as enjoyable. Some of the passages made me laugh out loud. I think having spent some time in New Mexico (which I hadn't done the first time I read this novel back in the 80's) really made the atmosphere of the book more convincing. And being older made me identify a bit more with the wily old coots that are central characters in the book.
