Surprisingly charming and a quick read; I suppose this might qualify as "chick lit," I'm really not sure, I'm not even sure if I've ever read "chick lit." I started reading this while at the library waiting for my kids, and I finished it that night. That's more a case of it being a quick read and shorter than it looks, and not so much that it's a page-turner, although there is some of that and the characters are frequently engaging.
