What Members Thought
I read this book long before Obama was a national figure. I became interested because my kids are first generation Kenyan-American, as is Obama. His insights into the challenges facing a person who is not only biracial, but was raised by his white family, while by American racial categories he is "black," are fascinating. Great book by a great man.
