What Members Thought

Wow! This book emotionally wrecked me. I was warned that I was going to need tissues, but I did not anticipate sobbing for a straight hour as I finished the book. I love watching books on the big screen and was excited to read this before I watch the Netflix series. I just could not put this book down. I wanted more and more of “TullyandKate”. There was something so natural about the way their lives progressed and I adored reading about them.

Most of the story was pretty perfunctory. This happened, then this happened, etc. But then after about 3/4 of the way through it became very emotional and I was unable to put it down.

I finally finished this book and it was really good. I like how it covers a friendship from the beginning and goes through all the years; the triumphs and tribulations, arguments, marriage love, parenthood, career, choices that were made etc. The ending is heart wrenching.
