I read it in one sitting and finished it in tears. It was an emotional roller coaster that I could relate to because of recent experience with a difficult pet. I don’t know if I could ever read it again, but I wish everyone could read a book like this because it shows how close we are and how far apart I’ll at the same time.
Such a different book - I started reading this without even reading a review so I had no idea what I was getting into! The historical information about primates that wove it's way through the book was both endearing and also terrifyingly close to home.
