An intimate portrait of nine fascinating folks in New Orleans. After visiting the city earlier this year I have become, as many others before me, captivated by the magic, mystery, tragedy, triumph and all-around unique spirit of NOLA. This book is a great insight into that spirit and the detail in the reporting is meticulous. Definitely recommend!
