What Members Thought

For what could be a stale genre (three strangers whose lives are interconnected in so many ways) this was decidedly delightful. Coincidences were kept down to a minimum, the characters grew and changed, and loose ends were never tied in the manner I was expecting them to be. I can see why this was a Canada Reads winner, for sure.

Love this quirky, magically-wacky beautiful gem of a book! Its description doesn't give it enough justice. Truly charming characters with great prose. I also loved the Montreal winter scenes:)
