What Members Thought
There were things I loved about this play -- the tension between knowledge and art for its own sake versus knowledge and art for a purpose, the tension between purity of heart and cunning to get ahead. I looooved those bits.
That being said, there's also parts of this play that make me really uncomfortable -- the groping of teenage boys, for one, and it being downplayed as not really a thing; also the fact that there's one female character in the whole thing, who basically serves as a foil for Al ...more
