Forgot to add this one. It's fabulous. I've never been very interested in the royals before Queen Victoria. I knew the little ditty about the first 4 Georges:
George the first was reckoned vile
Viler still was George the second
Whoever heard any good about George III?
When George IV to hell descended,
God be praised the George's ended.....
Until, of course, 1911 when George V redefined "staid" and "dutifull" and famously said "I may be uninspiring, but I'll be damned if I'm an alien!" in response to ...more

Loved the account of Princess Charlotte, but the hook connecting the stories of the Charlotte and Victoria needed to be developed better. The Victoria stuff is very familiar.
