I enjoyed this -- West's a great writer -- but it felt a little thin; could have stood to be fleshed out a little more in the ending.

3.5 stars. I just love Southern writers and their Southern characters. Ms. West writes beautifully - I felt like I was in LA and AL. Great story. I had to go out to iTunes a few times to listen to and buy some of the music mentioned. :) I'll check out other books by this author.
