Narrated by three: Nell and Marnie, neglected and now orphaned, and, Lennie, an older neighbor. This is thhe story of how Lennie's care and love for the girls affects their lives. And, of course, the adfects of their parents neglect and death on these girls. This is an easy read which really kept my interest.
