I loved the simple pleasure and meaning in the short stories of the book. Her words paint a landscape that was easy to enter into. And it's always the details that seem so unimportant but end up playing a big part in forming the reflections one has of the story.

I'm a big fan of Alice Munro's fiction, and her latest (and possibly last) book does not disappoint. It's among my favorites. Especially enjoyed the autobiographical pieces at the end, and the fact that she left them as quasi-vignettes instead of shaping into full stories. My hero!
