What Members Thought

This is a very intriguing book, yet it is strange in some ways. The story of the Slepy family and their four girls is interesting in the beginning, but then as the father takes the family to West Africa, it becomes a page-turner, as the reader can't wait to find out what happens to each of the girls as well as the parents. There is humor and tragedy, and a lot of dysfunction, but the latter is what keeps the reader interested in seeing what happens. Definitely an interesting read.
