I heard of the book on a recent "All the Books" podcast when they were discussing the theme of dysfunctional families since it's Thanksgiving time! I haven't yet gotten around to read "Euphoria" by Lily King, so thought I'd try the author with this earlier book first. Like other reviewers I felt the first half was better than the rest but I also felt the last section was well done. King is a lovely writer and tug on the heartstrings.
