Man, I thought I'd forgotten how to read books! Apparently not. This was a sweet, sad, ultimately hopeful story about an out-and-proud gay teenager who gets drunk and sleeps with a female classmate, tossing him into the middle of drama with his friends, with the popular girl who wants him to pretend that he's her boyfriend (offering in return a trip to London, all-expenses-paid, to see the narrator's idol, Kylie Minogue, in concert), with the straight football playing friends he suddenly acquire
