4.5 stars! Loved this historical mystery! The mystery was intricate and kept me guessing until close to the end. 17th Century London came alive in C.S. Harris' capable writing hands. Loved the protagonist, Sebastian St. Cyr, Viscount Devlin. I also loved some of the supporting characters such as the urchin Tom, Kat Boelyn, and Paul Gibson. I'll definitely be reading more in this series and hope to get to know this amazing cast of characters better.
