I usually like Scandi mystery, and I liked this one too. But, I'm torn. It was like a boomerang. The interviews Erlender had with all the characters went back and forth, back and forth. It was dizzying at times, at least for me. Now, having finished, I am aligned to his vision, or at least my interpretation of his vision. Not everything in long history is going to get a just telling in one go. I wish for someone in my life to take the time and care in a similar fashion as I try to cover my own l ...more
