when Lucy and her daughter Elizabeth go in to New York City for a makeover trip that should be fun and exciting, they do not expect to be involved in a murder investigation. The plot is intriguing in that there is more going on under the surface than is readily apparent, including a strange illness that lays Elizabeth low, and Lucy must investigate both the murder as well as what is happening to her daughter. This is a good mystery with an interesting plot.
