4.5 stars. I love this series so much. Don't read the book description if you don't want to be spoiled.
It's impossible to talk much at all about this book without big spoilers but suffice it to say that I continue to love these books with my heart and soul. They provoke tender tears and all kinds of smiles and I love these people thoroughly.

Delightful little book that covers Father Tim's decision to marry his neighbor Cynthia. I loved the pace & "joy-filled-ness" that this Mitford book showers the reader with. Well, or the listener, as I heard the audiobook on my iPhone; courtesy of the library (thanks public library--you're awesome too!). I also want to give a shout-out to the narrator who does such an excellent job of vocal acting--oh man, he's good, really good. Brings all the characters very alive.

So sorry I could not like this book. I didn't like that the series, which was going full speed ahead, suddenly went backwards three steps to revisit an event already in the past. I am not a fan of books about marriage or weddings, in general. Those topics are triggering to me since I've had failed marriages in my past and don't want to be reminded. I hope that this experience won't ruin the rest of the series for me. I was enjoying the Mitford novels until I came to this one.
